Have you tried the new flavored almonds? OMG, they are scrumptious! Barbecue, wasabi and soy sauce, smokehouse, sea salt they are all very tasty.
Approximately 170 calories for 28 almonds, they have approximately 6 grams of protein and all of them that I have looked at have < 5 grams of sugar, a requirement for me to feel like I can eat them as a routine snack rather than an every once in a while.
I am always looking for an additional tasty protein and these are definitely something that we enjoy when we travel or are on the go.
